Puppy Contract and Health Guarantee

Spay/Neuter Agreement

Buyer understands that puppies sold as pet only are not to be bred and agrees to have said puppy spayed or neutered at an appropriate age. 

Puppies sold with full rights have no limitations and will be sent home with their respective registration paperwork


Health Guarantee

The seller guarantees that each puppy leaves in good health and with all age appropriate shots administered by a licensed veterinarian and worming done prior to leaving our premises.

Buyer agrees to have their examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of pickup.

The seller will guarantee the health of each puppy for one (1) year. This is a replacement only guarantee. This will only cover life threatening or fatal genetic/congenital issues. It will not cover internal parasites, communicable diseases, injury or death from an accident. If a condition is found during the one year period the seller must be notified within three (3) days. After confirmation of diagnosis from Seller's Veterinarian, a replacement puppy can be chosen. If there are no puppies available at the time then the buyer will be put down for the first available one when it is whelped. The puppy with an issue must be returned to the seller in good condition, at the buyer's expense if shipping applies. If the buyer chooses to keep the puppy after diagnosis of genetic issues then the buyer assumes all financial and medical responsibility there after. Any medical bills accumulated by the buyer are not the responsibility of the seller. This guarantee is not transferrable to another party.

Our puppies are not sold with a guarantee that they will be breeding, show, competition. Temperament and trainability is not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee final size, color or markings of the puppy.

The buyer promises that he/she is not purchasing the puppy for the purpose of brokering, selling the puppy for a profit, any illegal or unethical activity, for use in a puppy mill or any other mass-producing operation.

The buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy which includes feeding and housing the puppy properly. If for any reason the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the seller can be contacted to assist in the rehoming process.
